Grace is a Technology Strategy and Transformation
Director in Allstate Insurance Company. In her role, Grace helps senior leaders
develop Allstate’s technology strategy, and evaluates technology opportunities
and trends to help the company realize the full potential of their technology
resources, assets, and investments. Prior
to her role in Technology Strategy, she was on the business strategy side as a Director
of Strategic Distribution, leading high-performing teams in implementing many of
Allstate’s primary agency sales systems and capabilities. A dynamic, effective
leader, Grace transitioned her team to the scaled agile methodology, and has
been a steward in the company in helping other teams assume a product-owner
mindset and practices. She is a past president of 3AN, one of Allstate’s
Employee Resource Groups, and exemplifies the “We win together” leadership
principle, having successfully collaborated with multiple market facing
businesses to achieve excellent results in the trusted advisor space. Grace
began her Allstate career in 2003 as a developer in technology for Allstate
Life and Retirement. She progressed through roles of increasing responsibility both
in Allstate Life and in Allstate’s Property and Casualty business.
Prior to Allstate, Grace was a technology and
process consultant at Accenture and at Avanade. Grace received her bachelor’s
degree in Psychology and Economics from Wellesley College.
